PRIVACY REMINDER

You are logging into PART. Your access to an individual's personal health information contained in PART is restricted to:

a) individuals with whom you are in a care relationship, if you require access to their information for the provision of health care or arranging for the provision of health care and the information is related to and necessary for the current session of care;

or

b) information that you require to fulfill your administrative responsibilities and duties related to supporting the provision of health care and/or performing a clinical validation role.

All actions taken in PART under your user identification and password are captured, logged and attributed to you. Your access to PART may be audited on a random basis and will be audited if a breach is reported or suspected.

Unauthorized activity can result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, prosecution under PHIA and/or, where applicable, a report to your health profession regulatory body.
